We are hiring Idaho residents to help gather signatures for a ballot initative in Idaho. Petition Circulators will go door to door and/or work at designated public sites to collect valid signatures from registered Idaho voters.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position — you set your own schedule and work at your own pace. Accuracy and integrity are essential; pay is based on signature validity.

Pay Structure:

• Under 70% validity: $4.00 per valid signature only

• 70–75% validity: $4.00 per raw signature

• 76–80% validity: $4.25 per raw signature

• 81%+ validity: $4.50 per raw signature

• Bonus: +$0.50 per signature for packets submitted already notarized.

Requirements:

• Must be an Idaho resident

• At least 18 years old

• Comfortable approaching people and explaining the initiative

• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

• Must follow all state petitioning laws and campaign integrity standards.

Compensation: Paid per signature based on the above validity schedule. High-performing circulators can earn excellent pay.

Field Organizers (FOs) will be part-time and paid $750 a week to be in office for 20 hours a week. If they choose to gather signatures, they will be paid signature commissions on top of their FO salaries.

FOs are predominantly responsible for assisting the Regional Field Director with training canvassers and providing materials. Must have previous experience in a team lead, canvassing, or management position to apply.
